To optimize the treatment, increase efficiency of evaluation and insurance approval, and ultimately to continue progress after these potentially life-changing treatments, we only take referrals from healthcare teams that include a licensed mental health professional. Of note, brain stimulation treatments often require an outpatient psychiatrist.
We collaborate closely with primary care providers to ensure that you are safe to undergo these treatments. As physicians, we routinely work with other doctors to help patients with complex medical conditions, and teaming up with your primary provider provides the best overall knowledge of your health.
Providers can authorize members of their care team as delegates to place the referral.
